With over 15 years of experience as a CPA and CFO, Inder has led multiple public and private companies through IPO processes, debt and equity financings, and strategic M&A transactions. He was the original CFO of Neighborly Pharmacy (TSX: NBLY), one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, where he helped scale the business from inception to over $150 million in revenue in just two years, securing a market capitalization of $2 billion.
Inder is recognized for his ability to raise and structure institutional capital, having successfully secured over $1 billion in funding across multiple industries, including healthcare, fintech, blockchain, and SaaS.
